What types of content do you work with?
We believe in contributing to the world in a positive way, and we hope you do, too. Therefore, if, after reviewing your content, we believe it would be against our ethics to work on your project, then we reserve the right to cancel the project and refund all of your money. This would be a rare instance, and would only involve content that contains what we consider excessive violence, porn, black magic or some other material that may be harmful to humanity or our world.
The writings of most authors will be accepted. For example, steamy romances where the characters are in love can be good entertainment for many readers. Also, magic where the good side wins is usually a great read. Thought-provoking works that contain some non-explicit violence is also very acceptable, as long as the over-all message is constructive. So if your works contain these elements, they will most likely be accepted and enjoyed–both by our staff, and by your readers!
What can I expect after I purchase a service?
After we receive your First Contact message, one of our Project Managers will follow up with you within 24 hours (Monday through Friday). They will contact you about what we need from you in terms of Word documents, images, and so on, if you have not already provided them as email attachments.
Then, after we receive your files and review your project we will let you know whether additional services are needed. For example, if your eBook is 100 pages long and you purchased formatting for 60 pages (for Regular eBook formatting), then we’ll require another formatting fee to cover the extra pages. We’ll send you follow up email letting you know how to proceed.
We will also provide you with a schedule showing dates for each milestone and review pass.
What is your cancellation policy?
If, for any reason, you decide to cancel the project after it is started, we will retain the monies for the amount of time and effort we have put into the project up to that point. Then you will receive a refund for the remaining amount, as well as files for the work we have completed.
